Picture this: you’re driving to dinner and I’m reading you the entire menu, cover to cover, with a few audible gasps in between (especially when I see meatballs).
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been food obsessed. I truly believe that you can learn most about a person from how they order from the menu.
What started as my “Eat, Pray, Love” Year at the Italian Culinary Institute in 2025 quickly turned into a full time venture into the culinary arts, since when I’ve been devoted to Personal Cheffing, Event Catering and launching a CPG brand (coming soon).
After years of traveling and living in Spain, Italy and beyond, my cooking is heavily influenced by Mediterranean culture - focused on simple ingredients, fresh flavors, best eaten al fresco and in the presence of loved ones.
